Richard brings on board over 21 years of experience in energy, telecommunications, real estate, and investing. Richard’s notable achievements include expanding the non-fuel retail section of Shell Uganda to a considerable business unit. Richard spearheaded the set-up of the Marketing Communications Department and company re-launch of Celtel Uganda. Richard’s interests include supporting startups and entrepreneurs along with coaching, relationship building and diplomacy. Richard currently works for Ascent Capital, an investment fund, as Country Director.
