As Lead Research Specialist, Jacqueline Foelster is responsible for managing a portfolio of applied research activities, and ensuring they lead to impact in the financial inclusion industry. Her portfolio includes a growing set of research and initiatives related to financial health and financial capability.
Prior to joining CFI, Jacqueline worked at the International Finance Corporation (IFC) as an M&amp;E and Data Analyst Consultant for the Pacific Gender and Finance &amp; Markets teams. She has also worked at the Microfinance Information Exchange (MIX), where she oversaw the rollout of the Voice of the Client pilot survey in Cambodia and Peru. Jacqueline holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Southeast Asia Studies from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins and a Bachelor of Science in General Business from the University of Maryland. She speaks English, French, and Spanish fluently, as well as intermediate Khmer and beginner Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.

<a href="http://www.centerforfinancialinclusion.org/about/staff/128-josh-goldstein">Josh Goldstein</a> will present on <a href="http://www.centerforfinancialinclusion.org/programs-a-projects/new-horizons/financial-inclusion-for-persons-with-disabilities">Financial Inclusions for Persons with Disabilities</a> at the 2012 Civil Society CRPD Forum, which is co-chaired by the <a href="http://www.internationaldisabilityalliance.org/en">International Disability Alliance</a> and <a href="http://www.un.org/en/development/desa/index.html">UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs</a>. The forum is a full-day event committed to furthering the CRPD, a United Nations Treaty that identifies the rights of persons with disabilities.&nbsp;
